Please take a moment to read the important information below before booking. 

New Clients

Welcome! The intake form will be sent in advance for you to complete prior to your appointment. If you would like to use direct billing, please complete your insurance information in the intake form. Receipts will be provided by email after your appointment.

Please arrive about 5 minutes early to allow time for check-in. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. During your first visit, we will review your health history and treatment goals. A physical assessment may be performed, if appropriate, to better understand your condition and tailor your treatment plan.

All treatment times include initial assessment and health history intake (if needed), treatment, follow-up treatment planning and/or home care.

If you'd like to set up a family account, please create the primary account first, then email info@massage-code.com the name(s) you'd like to add under the main account. I'll then send you an invitation link.

Returning Clients

Each session begins with a brief check-in to review your response to the previous treatment and any changes in your condition. This helps us adjust your treatment plan to ensure it continues to support your recovery and wellness goals.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and will approach each situation with care and understanding. Thank you for respecting the time and commitment to your care.

This is a professional therapeutic environment. Any inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated, and the session will be ended immediately.
